Matt spent his first several years in this repair shop industry refining his marketing skills. He’s spent his own money on nearly every marketing outlet available to a retail repair shop and learned valuable lessons along the way.
Cory Farrugia
Co-Founder/Managing Partner
Cory has a deep understanding of marketing strategy, execution & the repair industry in general. With a three-year background in mobile parts distribution & logistics, Cory gained a deep understanding of the inner workings of repair businesses. He left the parts industry to do free-lance marketing for Repair shops for a couple of years before launching Repair Lift to help Repair Shops grow exclusively.
Scott Donovan
Marketing Operations Director
Scott has personally managed Google Ads for hundreds of shops, overseen hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad spend, and is always pushing to achieve a more substantial ROI. Google search ads are his favorite advertising method because there is no better time to reach a customer than their time of need. He also believes a solid call-to-action can go a long way to bringing customers in the door.

Oliver joined Repair Lift in 2019 as their lead Marketing Specialist. Oliver graduated with a degree in business, began his career as a business development representative before joining Repair Lift, and has eight years of experience in the industry.

Web Team Lead
Lourdes Diaz has been with the Repair Lift Web Team since 2018. She has been working behind a computer since the age of 17 and started her career in website development in 2006. She is an expert in all aspects of WordPress website creation, including front-end design, site optimization, site maintenance, and troubleshooting. Along with her technical skills, Lourdes brings her dedication to superior customer service and her knack for handling multiple projects to Repair Lift. As the Web Team Lead, she coordinates projects for the team and manages custom client projects.
